Work-Life Balance

Hi guys,
In this era which is so called stressful life, we need to sit back and think why it is said so.
When everyone has the same twenty-four hours in a day, some are able to perform well and be happy with their lives while some are not.

There are many a cases of health psych-artiness like anxiety, depression, sleeplessness we can hear from people around us.
One common root-cause is like people getting addicted to gadgets and burn their midnight oil for simple browsing and wasting time on social media mainly Facebook, twitter, Netflix.
They tend to wake up till midnight or early morning and in due course, wake up late. Or who wakes up early feels dizzy and often seen with mood out and spoiling their entire day.
We can easily avoid this and sleep early and mainly don't use mobile phone or computer atleast 1hour before we go to sleep.

And it is good if we do exercise, running because due to that the hormones released produces happiness and creates a good mood for the day.
So we definitely have to give a thought on fitness and try to start the day with an early morning jog or some indoor exercises atleast. And most important before that , we should have a sound sleep for atleast 7 hours for adults and 8 hours for kids which is important for the brain and associated nerves and its functions.
And from a personal front, we should avoid procastinating things. We should try to have a list of tasks that we should plan to do everyday and try to achieve that.
And at the end, don't take anything too seriously.
Take a deep breath whenever possible, because when your lungs are filled with oxygen and fresh air, it relieves you from being anxious about anything.

And when you feel dull or in a panic mood, try to stop for a moment, take a break and think about fresh, green scenery or some happy moments in your life and try to move your focus out there.
Whatever happens, try to be at the moment and live the moment and remove worry from the mind and try to stay calm and practice it until it becomes a habit.
Cheers:)
