96 Move Review

96 - a movie by  debutant director Prem, who worked as the cameraman in  the movie Naduvula Konjam Pakkatha Kanom.

Just wow!!

With the lead cast of Vijay Sethupathi and Trisha, he just pulled off a beautiful film.

And not to forget the awesome performances of Aditya Bhaskar and Gouri Kishan who played the school life portion of VJS and Trisha.

The movie starts around Thanjavur and goes off to Chennai, beautifully shot and presented.

The movie is absolutely feel good and it takes you back to your school days.

I doubt if there will be anyone who would hate this movie.

It rewinds your life to your childhood and schooltime days bringing back your memories with your crush.

The background music was soothing and brilliant.

Kadhale Kadhale song was excellent.

The movie happens majorly around school time and in current time when VJS and Trisha meets for a day.

You can relate to your life at any point of the movie.

The get-together plans, one-sided love, the misunderstandings, emotional trauma.

And there is no exaggeration or artificial elements added to the movie which is the pillar of its strength.

And the amazing performances living on the character gives worth to your money spent on the ticket.

It is one of the very few movies not to be missed at any chance.

Do go to the theatre near you and enjoy it.

Well done 96 movie team.

Let out your emotions - Shed tears

I just read an article which emphasises on releasing the emotions and not restricting it to ourselves which will impact our health and peace totally.
We feel sad when we see someone around us cry. That is because sadness is a strong and long lasting emotion. There is nothing wrong in shedding tears and relieving our stress which we were holding.

Once you cry, you really feel relieved and will feel easy to connect with others.
Crying is always seen as a shame or embarrassment due to which people hide their faces when they cry.If you try to bury your feelings of sadness, you do pay the price for the same. Deep sadness results in deep pain and suffering and in turn losing peace of mind.So its always better to come out of sadness and try to be in normal mode and try to live for the moment. Cheers!

Work-Life Balance

Hi guys,
In this era which is so called stressful life, we need to sit back and think why it is said so.
When everyone has the same twenty-four hours in a day, some are able to perform well and be happy with their lives while some are not.

There are many a cases of health psych-artiness like anxiety, depression, sleeplessness we can hear from people around us.
One common root-cause is like people getting addicted to gadgets and burn their midnight oil for simple browsing and wasting time on social media mainly Facebook, twitter, Netflix.
They tend to wake up till midnight or early morning and in due course, wake up late. Or who wakes up early feels dizzy and often seen with mood out and spoiling their entire day.
We can easily avoid this and sleep early and mainly don't use mobile phone or computer atleast 1hour before we go to sleep.

And it is good if we do exercise, running because due to that the hormones released produces happiness and creates a good mood for the day.
So we definitely have to give a thought on fitness and try to start the day with an early morning jog or some indoor exercises atleast. And most important before that , we should have a sound sleep for atleast 7 hours for adults and 8 hours for kids which is important for the brain and associated nerves and its functions.
And from a personal front, we should avoid procastinating things. We should try to have a list of tasks that we should plan to do everyday and try to achieve that.
And at the end, don't take anything too seriously.
Take a deep breath whenever possible, because when your lungs are filled with oxygen and fresh air, it relieves you from being anxious about anything.

And when you feel dull or in a panic mood, try to stop for a moment, take a break and think about fresh, green scenery or some happy moments in your life and try to move your focus out there.
Whatever happens, try to be at the moment and live the moment and remove worry from the mind and try to stay calm and practice it until it becomes a habit.
Cheers:)

Tik Tik Tik - tamil movie review

Hi guys,
Yesterday I happened to watch 'Tik Tik Tik' - tamil film which is said to be the first space film in India.
The movie stars Jayam Ravi, Nivetha Pethuraj in lead roles and Vincent Asokan,Jayaprakash,Ramesh Thilak,Arjunan

in supporting roles and Jayam Ravi's son Aarav Ravi donning a small role as Ravi's son itself.
Music was composed by D.Imman and Scripted and Direction by Shakti Soundarrajan of Nanayam, Miruthan fame.
First of all, we need to appreciate their guts for experimenting this movie which involves lot of graphics
and lot of efforts in different areas compared to the usual masala films.
The story looks illogical but though the team has tried level best and also achieved in irking the interest of
audience in the storyline and their limitation.
There are no boring romantic scenes or any sentiment scenes other than the father-son relationship due to which
hero is forced to do a robbery at space and how he does it without risking 4 crore Indian population is the story and
screenplay.
Kudos to the producer for funding this project as this encourage many filmmakers to think out of the box and
go for new arena.
There is little comedy in the movie and songs are not that great though the background music is well composed.
Overall its a worthy film to watch in theatres.
Well done Tik Tik Tik team.
